Can’t find the answer? Talk to us
Is it like pasting the documents into ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT answers based on what you paste and does not know where a figure comes from. MyPerito reads the whole case file, certified emails and attachments included, writes the survey report in your firm’s template, puts beside the amounts the documents they come from and flags those it cannot match. The files stay stored in the EU and train no model.
Who signs the survey report?
You do. MyPerito writes the complete survey report; you check it, correct it where needed and sign it. The professional judgement and the professional liability stay yours, as before.
Does it work with my firm’s template?
Yes. You upload one of your old reports: MyPerito takes its letterhead, sections and tables and writes new reports in the same format. You download a .docx you open and edit in Word.
Where does the data go?
Files and the database are stored in the EU (Google Cloud, Belgium) and are never used to train AI models. Each firm sees only its own claims, and the data is encrypted in transit and at rest. AI processing may take place outside the EU, under the SCC/DPF contractual safeguards set out in the DPA.
How much does it cost?
Your first 3 survey reports are free, no card needed. Then there’s the subscription: choose how many survey reports you need a month, from 4 at €69 up to 100 at €1,109, and the more you choose the less each one costs. Reports you don’t use carry over to the next month; an extra report costs €25 and is confirmed one by one. On top of these amounts the invoice adds the 4% INPS surcharge and €2 of stamp duty (above €77.47). For surveying firms with tailored needs (high volumes, dedicated integrations), book a 15-minute call.
Which lines of insurance does it cover?
Cargo and transport, the line MyPerito was built on and the most tested. Motor, fire and property, third-party liability, engineering risks, agriculture and marine are in the Collaudo pilot: we check them with you on your firm’s case file before regular use. For each line MyPerito follows the vocabulary and structure of that kind of survey report.
