Am I responsible for a survey report generated by MyPerito?
Yes, and that is how it should be. MyPerito generates the draft; you review it, refine it and sign it. Professional liability stays where it belongs: in your expert judgement. Think of MyPerito as an assistant who types the first draft, not as a replacement for the surveyor.
How much does it cost exactly?
€25 per survey report pay-as-you-go (credit card at sign-up, charged on each report generated). €20 per survey report with the credit pack (minimum 10 credits, €200 up front). On top of these amounts the invoice adds the 4% INPS surcharge and €2 of stamp duty (above €77.47). The first 3 survey reports are free. For surveying firms with custom needs (high volumes, dedicated integrations), book a 15-minute call.

What kind of survey reports can I generate?
Survey reports on transport claims (CMR, Institute Cargo Clauses, Bill of Lading), fire claims, professional and general liability, and valuation reports on insured property. The system has been calibrated on the Italian technical language of insurance valuation, with prompts and extraction rules built by working surveyors.
How long does it take to generate a survey report?
Under 60 seconds from uploading the documents to the final draft. Against roughly 3 hours of writing by hand, it is 5 minutes from draft to signature including the review.
Is my data safe?
Yes. MyPerito uses multi-tenant isolation at database level (Row Level Security), processing on Vertex AI Enterprise under contractual agreements that forbid training on your data, exclusively European data residency (europe-west1 region, Belgium) and automatic cleanup of temporary files.
Can I customise the report format?
Yes. The standard report is in DOCX format and can be edited with any editor. For agencies with proprietary templates we offer dedicated variants of the output format.
Do I have to install anything?
No. MyPerito is a cloud application you reach from a browser. It runs on Mac, Windows and Linux with no installations, manual updates or local dependencies.
