1. In summary
MyPerito does not use tracking, profiling or third-party analytics cookies on the public website. The homepage, the /blog pages and the legal pages (including this one) install no cookies in the browser of an unauthenticated visitor. Visits are counted without cookies and without storing anything in the browser, as described in section 4.
On the authenticated pages (/login, /onboarding, /dashboard/*) only technical and strictly necessary cookies are used, in order to manage the user session. They do not require consent under the Linee guida del Garante Privacy (the Italian data protection authority’s guidelines) of 10 June 2021 and the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC).

3. Third-party cookies
None. The public website loads no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, PostHog, HubSpot, Intercom or any other third-party tracking script. The visit count described in section 4 goes through MyPerito’s own server: the browser does not contact PostHog or any other analytics service.
This can be verified at any time by opening the browser developer tools (DevTools → Network → “3rd party” filter) while browsing.
One exception, outside the public website. When a new studio signs up by itself, MyPerito may show the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-abuse check before creating it. At that moment Cloudflare, from its own domain challenges.cloudflare.com, may set cookies it classifies as strictly necessary for bot detection (for example cf_clearance), as described in its Cookie Policy. MyPerito does not use them for tracking or profiling.
4. Counting visits without cookies
The public website counts page views and clicks on the «Prova gratis» buttons without cookies and without storing anything in the browser (no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no other persistent identifier). For each page view the browser sends MyPerito’s server (api.perito.my) the page path, the domain of the referring site (not its full address), any utm_* campaign parameters and the page language. For each «Prova gratis» click it sends the page path, the language and where the button sits on the page (menu, top of the page, section or article).
From the IP address and the User-Agent the server derives a pseudonymous identifier that changes every day, using a key derived from a secret kept only on MyPerito’s servers; the IP address and the User-Agent are neither stored nor forwarded. The event, with no personal profile, is then sent to PostHog (EU cloud), acting as processor. The same data is also kept in MyPerito’s database for at most 90 days, to count the visits in the internal console. If the browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is sent.
If you request a demo from the website, that day’s identifier is stored with the request, so that we know which page or campaign brought you. The legal basis, retention and your rights, including the right to object, are described in the Privacy notice (/privacy).
5. Future changes
If MyPerito ever installs analytics or measurement cookies, or loads third-party scripts on the public website for that purpose, this page will be updated before it happens and a consent banner compliant with the Linee guida del Garante will be introduced. No cookie of this kind will be installed without explicit consent.
