How much does the insurance surveyor software cost?
The first 3 survey reports are free. Then there’s the subscription: choose from 4 reports a month (€69) to 100 (€1,109), and the ones you don’t use carry over to the next month; an extra report costs €25. The invoice adds the 4% INPS surcharge and €2 of stamp duty (above €77.47). Surveying firms can ask for a tailored offer.
Is the claim data safe?
Yes. Multi-tenant isolation at database level, processing on Vertex AI Enterprise under a contractual ban on training against your data, data storage in the EU (region europe-west1, Belgium; AI inference may take place outside the EU under SCC/DPF safeguards, as set out in the DPA) and automatic cleanup of temporary files.
